Built by a planner, for planners.
Sereno started in the middle of a wedding season, with eleven tabs open and a deposit due that nobody had flagged. Behind every wedding is a planner managing a hundred moving parts — couples, vendors, timelines, budgets, contracts, payments — across tools that were never made for this work.
So we built the one we needed. Not a generic CRM with weddings bolted on, but a platform shaped around how a wedding actually runs, from first enquiry to the final dance. Australian-built, premium where it counts, and made to feel as considered as the days it helps create.
The belief behind it is simple: the business of a wedding should feel as composed as the day itself.
